Company Profile

Tim Keddie has been in the roofing business for more than 20 years, in 1999 he opened Tim Keddie Contracting. We are certified installers of the finest products for roofing, siding, windows and gutters. This allows us to offer the best warranties our manufacturers offer.

Tim Keddie Contracting is a fully insured contractor, with full coverage of workers compensation and liability. In New Hampshire roofers and contractors are NOT required to carry workers compensation, therefore many contractors carry a minimum amount of insurance if any.

To help service our customers, we employs a fleet of 18 highly maintained trucks to support our staff of skilled workers from start to completion of each job. Dump trucks, box trucks, trailers, each specialized to assist every detail of a job from removing the debris to constructing the gutters for your home.

In December of 2002, Tim Keddie Contracting moved to a larger, more accessible location in Nashua. Included in the more than 14,000 square foot facility is an fantastic new showroom. In an industry were showrooms are the exception rather than common, we feel having this addition aid the customer greatly in helping to make their choice with the variety of colors and brands of roofing materials, siding, windows and gutters. “There are so many options, to bring it to your home would take 3 trucks” says Keddie.

In May of 2005 Tim Keddie announced the creation of Kedco LLC. "Our business has grown, with the creation of Kedco we will be better able to serve our customers with a wider range of products." Tim Keddie says.
